Job Description Provide direction on projects from inception through completion and provides technical and managerial assistance on all aspects of project management to comply with the technical requirements of the contract for the customer. Manage and coordinate technical and administrative staff by assigning, scheduling, prioritizing, coordinating, and facilitating multiple tasks. Evaluate performance of subcontractors and staff in terms of actual and planned task schedules and resource requirements. Review work for quality assurance. Compose memoranda, reports, and other documentation highlighting project steps and status for daily and weekly meetings with customer. Attend meetings and makes presentations ab out project status and work commitments. Ensure training of all staff members and instructs them on customer’s methods, procedures, and standards. Evaluate, develops or implements procedures regarding project documentation and development. Troubleshoot technical problems and takes corrective action. Reviews employee schedules and time cards. Participate in long-range planning, analysis, and program design. Participate in the planning and design of new projects as requested. Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals. Conducts complex work important to the organization. Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Provide support to perform Global Logistics and Support Services for the US ARMY Sustainment Command and subordinates in the execution of their mission including support for the LOGCAP IV and LOGCAP V contracts.
Required Skills Active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Management) or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in the field or relevant experience.
Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Ability to travel as necessary.
This position supports a U.S. Government contract whose terms require that applicants possess U.S. Citizenship.

Department Our services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Patrol fielded C5I systems. We are focused on the design, systems engineering, project management, procurement, installation, training, testing, and field maintenance of these systems.
