Serco has a great Strategic Planneropportunity for you as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command in Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

In this role, you will:
Assist with providing ASC the visibility at TS/SCI level events and to assist in the preparation and development of all necessary staff estimates, courses of action, Operation Order, Fragmentary Orders and Warning Orders related to the Combatant Commanders (COCOM), HQ Department of the Army (HQDA) and Army Material Command (AMC) plans and orders.
Assist with analysis and evaluation of ASC's role and mission within the Army.
Assist with conduction mid and long range planning.
Assist with implementation of action plans.
Assist with developing staff estimates and courses of action that support COCOM Commanders theater strategy, campaign plans, OPLANS (Level I - IV)
In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $112,133 to $186,888; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI clearance
A bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
Working exposure and experience with:
HQ Department of the Army (HQDA) and Army Material Command (AMC)
In Operation Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGORDs) and Warning Orders (WARNORDs).
Providing support related to the Combatant Commanders. (COCOMs)
Conducting mid and long-range planning support
The ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
Additional desired experience and skills:
Masters and/or Army War College experience
Graduate from the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMs)or Joint Informational Operational Planners Course (JIPOC)
